On some Saturdays a reading and conversation group is held, called “In Good Company”, and students are warmly invited to come along. In these sessions, held at Brinscall Hall, we will explore the statements and insights of Shri Shantananda Saraswati in the books produced by the Study Society (Good Company; Good Company 2 and the Man Who Wanted to Meet God).
Shri Shantananda Saraswati was one of the leading figures of an ancient philosophical and spiritual tradition in India known as Advaita Vedanta, or non-dualism.
Sessions last for approximately 2 hours with a break for refreshments. Students can come to any or all of the meetings.
There is no charge for the sessions, although a small donation towards the cost of refreshments would be appreciated.
The dates of the meetings are:
Saturday October 8th at 1.30 pm
Saturday October 29th at 1.30 pm
Saturday November 5th at 1.30 pm
Saturday November 26th at 1.30 pm
